Vacation in a home with a history!
Welcome to the Blacksmith’s House, a historic home by the sea.
As you enter this home, step back in time to an era of hand hewn beams and beautiful wood floors. Lovingly renovated, the owners have kept the charm while updating the kitchen and bathrooms. The first floor features a large den with sofabed that can be closed off and used as a bedroom. A full bathroom with a large shower is also on this level. The kitchen and dining area are on the back of the house and provide easy access to the large back yard.
The second floor has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom, on the front of the house with a balcony overlooking 3rd street has a King bedroom and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a half bathroom. The third bedroom with a twin bed is super cozy! An additional sleeping space with a twin pull out sofa is also on this floor.
Relax on the front porches, have a meal on the back deck (BBQ is right there!) or play a game of catch in the back yard. Many restaurants and shops are close by. And three parking spaces at an in-town house means you can park the car and not worry about it for your entire stay!
This home is not pet friendly.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
