Our building was built at the turn of the 20th century. The 2nd floor walk-up apartment features a full renovation in 2022/2023. We removed the 120-year plaster cast to expose the original brick walls giving the space a NY loft feel with the brick representing the history of a time gone by. The apt. boasts 12' walls and 7.5' windows. You'll have a great view of the downtown center of Millersburg. Additionally, you'll find upward of 50 modern amenities including a full kitchen, large shower, soaking tub, 2 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, and a large living space that includes a 65" television, electric fireplace, beautiful drapery and comfortable seating for lounging. I've added my own special touches through art, décor and seasonal décor setting us apart. One feature guests love is our Greenery wall located just inside the back door. It's a great place to take pictures, and capture memories. Outside, you'll find a FREE parking spot for 1 car and a covered deck to relax when weather permits.
