Beautiful 1113 Beach Walker Villa located on the south end of Amelia Island. If you are looking for the perfect spot for your next vacation, this ocean front villa is it!
When entering this multi-level condo, you will arrive in the foyer. This floor will have your washer and dryer, then you will take the stairs down to the main living space.
You will enjoy gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the main living area and kitchen. One of two private balconies can be accessed from the dining area where you'll enjoy views throughout the day with an open kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit. Enjoy watching the ocean while you sip on your morning coffee.
The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable for you and your guest to enjoy during your vacation. You will take stairs down from the main living floor to the 3rd floor. On this level you will find a hall bathroom and two bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is a bunk room with full size bunk beds that has access to the second private balcony. Here, you can sit and enjoy the beautiful southern oaks. The second guest bedroom is a queen bedroom with its own private bathroom. The bedroom has big windows to enjoy the southern oaks, as well. Both bedrooms have televisions with Comcast service.
The master suite is found on the 4th floor. In the master suite, you will find a breath-taking view of the ocean that is perfect to wake up to. A king size bed and large flat screen television make this the perfect room to hide away in.
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni Resort grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.
All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.
While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.
Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.
