Your new home is situated in the Nea Smyrni neighborhood of Athens, Greece There are several amenities nearby including restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also some grocery stores and markets in the area. There are also several parks and green spaces nearby, including the Nea Smyrni Square which is just a short walk away from your accommodation. During your stay, you will be well-connected to the rest of the city, with several bus lines running through the area.
Please note:
The quiet hours take place between 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
There is a fee for check-in after 00:00.
Other optional costs include a baby high chair and a crib for 20 Euros each.

3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
