Just one block to the private entry beach, clubhouse restaurant/bar, and gulf-side pool! FREE miniature golf right outside the back fenced-in patio. Enjoy 11 pools inside our gated complex, several tennis courts, a gym, vending/ice machines, shuffleboard, a playground, dog stations, and much more! Our beach home includes pool toys, 3 bicycles, a gas grill, an air fryer, a donut maker, a waffle stick maker, an egg cooker, a crockpot, a Keurig coffee station, stainless steel appliances, a George Foreman grill, an air compressor, all cooking utensils you would ever need, an outdoor shower (to get ALL the sand off or wash your pets), balcony seating area, very rare fenced in back patio and many more things being added every month!
Walking distance to Rockit Lanes (bowling/arcade/roller skating), Applebee's, Subway, Waffle House, multiple bars, post office, beach access, and many more restaurants & activities!
NOTES:
Please note prior to booking there is a 25+ age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.
No street-legal rental golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4 pm check out time is 10 AM.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

Summary: This unit was very clean on arrival. Pictures as advertised. Perfect for our dogs. Putt putt right outside the back. One pool just a few steps away. 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Many extra amenities not typically provided. Host was very kind and helpful from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend!
