Great walkability & convenient transportation located just 3 min away. The condo is equipped w/ full kitchen/pots/pans, W/D, 50" TV + more. Traveling w/ a group? The space
FIRST floor unit, wood floors throughout the unit, granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances(fridge, microwave, dishwasher,W/D). Amazing area in North Campus near downtown,UT, and all major concerts/convention areas.
BONUS: If you need an extra bed, we have a FULL size inflatable mattress available for rent. Including --> linens-pillows-blanket
$50 for bed deflated (manual setup)
$75 for bed setup ready upon arrival.
Parking: FREE parking on site **First come First Serve**
-The kitchen comes with everything you may need to cook/enjoy a home cooked meal or even enjoy a warm cup of coffee/tea with your group. We provide plates/bowls, drink ware, non -stick pots/pans, cooking utensils, oil + salt/pepper, and a 2-way coffee maker. We also provide ground coffee and a BRITA water pitcher set up in the fridge.
**There is a first aid kit and extra sponges/trash bags/paper towels located below the kitchen sink**
-The bathroom comes with shampoo/conditioner and body wash(gel). We gladly provide basic bathroom essentials like toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer.
-W/D comes with Tide Pods for your convenience. Our goal is to provide you with all the essentials of living in ATX, so you can optimize your stay and enjoy the city.
Guest Access: Entire uni is private and yours! (self check-in via code + keypad=flexible check-in times welcome)

-No washcloths
-Place is small but efficient, 300 sq feet.
-This unit is located in an indoor layout consisting of two floors. Sometimes the hallways get busy especially during weekend or events.
-The location is amazing, lots of local restaurants less than 1 block away with a classic pub in less than a 3 minute walk.
-Plenty of lime scooters in the area and public transit is less than a block away.
Most importantly..have FUN but be nice on the noise and our neighbors.
This is NOT a party place, we want to keep our neighbors happy so we can continue providing amazing guest experiences.
