Downtown Dewey Beach with restaurants, shopping, etc are just a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Coffee bars and breakfast shops are within easy walking distance. Downtown Rehoboth is 2.4 miles away. One can either walk, drive, bike, or catch the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth. There is no heavy traffic to contend with along the way. The home can comfortably sleep 12 with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor/ ground level. A 6th bedroom room is located on the second floor with another full bath (loft style with spiral staircase). Bedding Sheets= 1 KING, 2 QUEENS, 6 SINGLES. The home features a roof top deck, gas grill, double outdoor shower, screened porch and several outdoor sitting areas. There are 6 off-street parking spots. Beach chairs are available too.
