THE VIEW
Enjoy beautiful garden views from all rooms and both balconies. Relax as you listen to the Ocean waves, garden fountains, and bubbling brooks outside. From the front balcony or couch are some of the most beautiful sunsets. The second balcony is off the master bedroom and has mountain views in the distance.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been renovated and updated with Corian counters and top-of-the-line appliances. The appliances have all been replaced and upgraded to a French-door fridge, double oven, and 2 separate sinks. It is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs. There are even added extras such as a Keurig, coffee station, blender, mixer, and popcorn maker to make your stay even more special. The dining area seats 6 at a beautiful wood table.
LIVING AREAS
The living room area seats 6 and is furnished with a large comfy sofa sleeper couch, love seat, and lounge chair and rocking chair for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 50" digital smart TV that you can use to either watch cable or login to your own Hulu or Netflix accounts, that way you can indulge in a nightly binge of your current favorite show after a day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
Both bathrooms are en-suite in the bedrooms, both with a large custom tiled walk-in shower.
SLEEPING
B215 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have smart TVs
