This 2nd floor villa stands out amongst the rest! Tastefully updated and completely renovated with all new furnishings, this villa offers ample space for the entire family and extended family to enjoy Hilton Head Island to its fullest. The first level features a beautiful galley kitchen with all new appliances. The dining area opens to the main living area with all new furniture and a large flat screen TV as the focal point of the entertainment space. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is another full bath in the hallway. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has another Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bath rounds out the upstairs space.
The Island House community is a great community just one block from the Atlantic Ocean in South Forest Beach. The complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll (or even shorter bike ride) to the beach, restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza or Celebration Park.

Summary: We had 6 adults in town for a wedding. We had plenty of space to come together, relax AND get ready for the wedding. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and to the various locations associated with the wedding. Communication with the host was great -- they let us know about a repair and when the property was open for early check-in.
