Beautiful Duplex located 1 house away from beach! Amazing Location! These beautifully decorated duplexes feature all the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. The duplexes sleep 16 and are equipped with a king in the master bedroom, a queen and 2 twins in the guest bedrooms and in 1010 the master features a queen bed, 2 twins in the guest bedroom. Enjoy your private pool or walk just a short distance to the beach. Point of Rocks is a small, quiet, residential neighborhood on Siesta Key, a few blocks south of Stickney Point Road. This location is also just a short walk to the “Mid Key” Siesta South shopping and restaurants. Pet Friendly Pool heaters are turned on beginning Thanksgiving week and run until May1st. Heaters are set to 84 degrees.

Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.
