Positive: View from the Balcony is amazing, and definitely a highlight for this apartment. 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the shopping centre, 5 min to the nearest grocery shop. Shabby but fully equipped kitchen, well equipped with everything you need for a vacation cooking. Big comfortable bed Nice pool in the building, sunbeds without umbrellas.
Negative: Internet is very poor. If you dream about remote work, you need to have your own connection. You won't have any shower gel, soap, or hair shampoo, if you get lucky, you will find some leftovers from the previous guests. It is not a hotel, but it would have been a nice gesture to have something to wash hands with. Small thighs differentiate a nice place from an amazing stay.
