Beautiful new home located within the secure gated community of Hacienda Iguana surf and golf resort with 24hr security. We are located 100 yards from the beach club and world famous playa Colorado's tubing surf break with predominantly off shore winds and 300 plus days of deep water swells and incredible sunsets. Just a short walk down our incredibly beautiful white sand beach and clear blue warm waters is another surf break Panga drops which is a horseshoe shaped left and right reef with some bowling inside sections on the higher tides. There are 7 different restaurants of different flavors within the community, 2 stores ( recommend shopping in Rivas at Maxipali or La Colonia super markets before arrival) You can also find Bike, motorcycle, golf cart, surfboard rentals, surf lessons, fresh local produce, horseback riding, professional massage, fishing and boat trips to name a few. There is a challenging beautiful well manicured 9 hole full size golf course that winds though the jungle with abundant wildlife including howler monkeys, tropical birds, iguanas, rare white rabbits and occasional sloth and jungle squirrel. There is also a small pharmacy within the medical clinic with an onsite Doctor during certain hours. The house very comfortable, with a private backyard porch and pool, the kitchen very complete and set up better then any kitchen I've seen here. The house is insulated and has all tempered imported bug proof dual pane glass windows for privacy and low heat. The house is very safe with insulated steel frame construction, meeting all universal building codes and complies with title 24 heat and energy codes per California. We also offer onsite bike rentals for 6 dollars per bike per day.
