The sea is 100 steps down from the house to sunning platforms with free lounge chairs and umbrellas and access to the water. A 10-minute walk leads to a nearbysandy beach. The apartment is located in a private condominium with no cars or roads near the houses. There is a private parking space for your car in the parking areas behind. Low-lying houses are surrounded by bougainvillea, olive trees, lawns and gardens. Tennis courts and 2 swimming pools are on the property and reserved for owners and their guests.

Archeological sites, spectacular landscapes and dramatic rock formations are within a 30/40-minute drive and in a very short time, one can travel from the old traditional villages of the interior to the luxurious harbors, hotels, restaurants and boutiques along the coast.
