Turtle Cove Road villa is suitable for large families (up to 10 people) that want privacy and seclusion in casual surroundings. The Villa has a brand new private pool and is only 100 steps.from our gate to the Grace Bay Beach access.
Turtle Cove Road 4 bedroom villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that offer beautiful coconut palms and cherry trees. The Villa is located on a private lot in Providenciales. This older 4 bedroom Villa has a brand new private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay beach (access) is only 100 steps from our gate to the beach access. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and is nice for children. Warm reef-protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore. The Villa is located in a residential area amongst other media to large-sized villas.
The Beach is spectacular and the Villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, a Marina, Bars, and Tennis Courts.
Outdoor Shower (cold water only for rinsing) , Indoor and Outdoor Lounge Furniture, Quality Linens, Indoor, and Outdoor dining, Outdoor Gas BBQ Grill, Flat Screen TV, Plush Sofas, Air Conditioning Units.
Included for Free are Beach and Bath Towels, Parking, Wireless Internet, and Cable.
AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes and fans keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available in the bedrooms at an extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Electricity and Water is metered separately. We will provide a three hundred dollar allowance for your stay. Conservation is encouraged.
CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any
reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travellers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period.

Summary: Very nice location. House was clean and pool area was outstanding for lounging. House could use a little refresh, but the layout was outstanding for larger family of 9. All in all a very nice experience. A few things that kept the property from being a 5 in our opinions, several lamp that were intermittently working, inoperable outlets, master bath door was broken and inoperable, exterior security lighting was not working, pool needed cleaning 4 days into our stay(turned greenish) and the garage was wrapped in a tarp type material which was somewhat of an eye sore. Other than these few things this was a 5 out of 5. Very much enjoyed the stay.
