A charming converted wing of an old Casa Colonica, offering the perfect balance for exploring Florence whilst enjoying the beautiful Tuscan countryside. This is an ideal holiday choice for a family holiday or for friends.
The house is surrounded by well-kept gardens, with views over the hills, near the city of Florence (just 5 km away). Traditionally built, with terracotta floors on the ground floor and vaulted brick ceilings, the house, which sleeps 4 people, has a spacious living room on the ground floor. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style with 2 large sofas and a flatscreen TV. French Windows lead from the living room out onto a corner loggia where guests can relax in several traditional Tuscan metalwork armchairs. Arches on the loggia open up onto the private garden where there is a table and chairs for guests to dine al fresco.
The open-plan kitchen is reached via a small flight of stone stairs off the living room and has a large dining table. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: On the first floor, this sunny bedroom, with polished wooden floors, is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A second bedroom, also on the first floor, with a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space.
