Positive: Excellent value for money. Undercover parking for a small to midsized car. Off street parking for 2 additional cars. Quiet and comfortable. Bathrooms were very new. Perfect location for an event we had to attend in Tuncurry.
Negative: No air conditioning in the main bedroom or one of the other rooms. Had to pick up and drop off keys in Forster, a lock box would be a better solution. No handwash or soap to wash your hands was a bit stingy.
Summary: Excellent value
