10 The Cove is a new, free-standing, spectacular, designer home. This luxurious, deep waterfront home fronts the Port of Airlie Marina. From the moment you walk through the door, the incredible north facing view opening onto the sparkling aqua waters will take your breath away.
The seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle flows from the expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living zones out to a large and sundrenched entertaining deck. The home is exceptionally built with tasteful use of French rose wood and the highest quality furnishings and fittings throughout.
Those who love to cook will adore the expansive gourmet kitchen complete with a huge island bench with a sweeping stone waterfall benchtop. Of course, a quality coffee machine, ZIP tap and high-end Miele appliances are part of your luxury holiday package. Alternatively, outdoor dining is an easy option with the outdoor integrated BBQ area on the north facing deck. A large remote outdoor shade blind over the deck allows you to easily alter the amount of sun you prefer.
Kick back, relax and enjoy afternoon cocktails while the kids splash in the shimmering, deep blue mosaic, in-ground pool or do some laps of your own.
There is a strict no party policy including hens/bucks parties, or large gatherings. Fishing at The Cove is prohibited.
The Cove is a very convenient 5-minute walk to Airlie Beach restaurants, boutique shops and lagoon. The ferry terminal is 200m away so if you are arriving by ferry or wanting to go on a tour to the reefs, you have a convenient 2 minute level walk to your new and luxurious holiday home or to the tour boat terminal.
Nestled on the waterfront with sparkling aqua water lapping on the rocks beneath the back deck this is the holiday dreams are made of. With glorious uninterrupted water views, every luxury and sumptuous bedding you'll awake feeling relaxed,refreshed and ready to explore what the Whitsundays have to offer.

Upstairs you'll find three opulent bedrooms and two bathrooms(the main bedroom ensuite is enormous) and a fourth bedroom is located downstairs. All rooms are fitted with electric blinds. All upstairs bedrooms have spectacular marina and or town views. The beautiful bedroom on the ground floor, though slightly smaller than the larger rooms upstairs, still accommodates a king size bed and ample built-in cupboard space.
Large bifold and sliding doors and an abundance of louvre windows draw in cooling sea breezes or you can choose to have the zoned air-conditioning on to ensure absolute comfort year-round.
The Neighborhood:
If you have a boat to bring with you, hiring a berth within the marina will complete your luxury stay!
