Bedding: The top floor with kitchen, dining and main living room also features 3 bedrooms including a Master Suite with king bed and full bath, Guest bedroom with king bed and Guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a Daybed/Trundle that share a full bath in a nearby hallway. The ground floor features 5 bedrooms, including a King suite with private bath, Guest bedroom with a king bed and a Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds that share a hall bath, Guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath, and a guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin/Twin mattresses).
Four seating/conversation areas: Three seating/conversation areas on the main floor provide ample space for large groups or families. The Living Room and Sun Room were designed adjacent to one another and can easily be combined to provide seating for a large group to watch a movie on the wide screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player (the DVD player is also NetFlix streaming compatible, which provides unlimited free instant video on demand for guests with a NetFlix account).
Gameroom, Pool, Beach: The game room downstairs provides another wide screen TV, bumper pool table and wet bar to make your stay fun for kids of all ages. Directly off the game room is the patio with a pool (can be heated for additional fee), double Savannah brick grill (one side propane, one side charcoal), and outdoor seating for 16 guests. Leaving through the rear gate, guests can walk to the beach in about 90 seconds.
Gourmet Kitchen & Two Wet Bars: Many cooks can easily work together in the spacious, well equipped kitchen. Commercial grade appliances from Viking, Bosch, and KitchenAid, combined with cabinets well stocked with cooking equipment to support any cooks in your group. Double oven, double dishwashers, and a stove top grill in the kitchen are provided to handle large group meals. An oversized 48" sub-zero fridge in the kitchen handles your main food and beverages, a full-sized fridge in the laundry room handles any overflow for large groups, a counter size fridge in the lower level wet bar provides easy access to beverages from the pool area, and a wine fridge in the upstairs wet bar rounds out the refrigeration options.
