Interesting holiday cottage located on a 1200 m² large plot approx. 500 m from the ocean. The house is energy-friendly with both solar energy and geothermal heating. Activity room with billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation and Nintendo Wii. The activity room also has a bar where you can mix drinks for a cosy evening. In the garden you will find a playground with swings and a sandpit. 2 bathrooms of which one has a large 4-6 persons whirlpool and a sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the entire house. Covered terrace as well as a large, open terrace with garden grill. The cooler evenings can be enjoyed in front of the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove. Kitchen with every amenity needed.
