Newly built (2021) luxury cottage with whirlpool located as the last house before the beach at Grønhøj with sea views and the opportunity to listen to the sea shower, read a good book or enjoy the scent from the grill on the terraces, which are all around the house. Here is plenty of opportunity for sun or shade and always be able to find shelter. On the terrace it is possible to play chess with the big chess game and if you come straight from the beach, there is an outdoor shower so that salt and sand can be rinsed off. In the cottage you will find pretty much everything your heart desires. There is a hot tub in one bathroom and a sauna in the other. From several of the rooms in the house you can enjoy the breathtaking views. Here time stands still when you look out of the panoramic windows. In the house there are also activity rooms with several different activities. In the living room / kitchen there is a wood stove, just as the house has an air / water heat pump, which ensures a good and cheap heating. Most of the house also has underfloor heating. The house has extra fridge and freezer. The cottage is located approx. 500 m from grocery store and restaurant. Not for rent to youth groups.
