Approx. 30 min walk from one of the best beaches in Denmark and a town centre with various shops and restaurants. The house has swimming pool and whirlpool and is located on a large natural plot with 2 terraces. Functional furnishings. From the living room you have views of the pool area so you can observe the children frolic in the pool. There is an energy-efficient dehumidifier and heat pumps. There is a sauna, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in open concept with the living room with comfortable furniture and wood-burning stove as well as exit to the large, sheltered terrace. From the terrace you can observe the children playing on the swings, in the sandpit or on the trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).
