Enjoy the best Sunriver has to offer in this newly remodeled, two story Sunriver home near Fort Rock Park (2620 sq. ft.). Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of private common area behind, this home is just minutes to the Sunriver Market Place grocery store, the SHARC and the Village.
Fun, whimsical decor combine with a wall of windows and vaulted pine ceiling to create a warm, inviting open floor plan all are sure to enjoy. Outside, a private hot tub and a very large paver patio with BBQ and patio furniture invite you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Come and create your memories at 10 Conifer!
The home offers two spacious Main floor King-bed Master suites, one with walk out access to the hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters and new high-end stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop in the large island and plenty of storage with room for many cooks to join in the fun. Also, there is a 2nd fridge in the garage for your use.
You will enjoy large flat screen TVs in every bedroom and living area with an extensive DVD collection. A crib, high chair, baby gate and two Pack n Plays are in the home for families with small children.
There are 10+ bikes, including 2 Tandem bikes and 1 Atlas tricycle (with large basket for carrying towels, groceries, etc.) which are perfect for exploring the miles of bike paths throughout Sunriver. We do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
