*Harbor Golf Course undergoing renovation. Wild Dunes resort has equipment located on the course directly behind the home. They are rebuilding and expanding the greens. Wild Dunes is responsible to all scheduling so we do not have an exact timeline for this, but disruption is possible*
Welcome to 1 Intracoastal, located on the famous Harbor Golf Course at Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, SC - just 12 miles north of historic Charleston. This Beautiful home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 12th green of the Harbor Golf Course.
The front entry features a large inviting porch that runs the width of the house, perfect for rocking away the afternoon! The first floor living area offers an open floor plan with a living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room, and a fabulous master suite. There are wood floors in the foyer, dining room, kitchen and family room, with carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms. The spacious eat-in kitchen features tons of cabinetry that is fully stocked and ready for cooking.
Relax in the screened porch overlooking the 12 green and down the fairway and lake. Step into the sun on the expansive pool deck, complete with swimming pool and BBQ area, or play ping-pong in the garage. The beach access is located on 41st avenue and is about a 10-15 minute walk from the home.

Summary: Overall great house. Construction on the golf course which can’t be helped, took away from the view. A suggestion would be to provide hand soap in the restrooms and kitchen and maybe a starter bottle of dawn or any sort of kitchen cleaner for handwashing. Also a suggestion would be to put a spray bottle under the sink of something to wipe down the counters. Wonderful and beautiful property.
