Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely staff. Interiors are very pretty and the rooms are nice.

Negative: This is a lovely hotel, however it always just falls below where it should be. This was my second stay here after the 1 Hotel takeover. I did notice the staff seems to have better training, however the elevators were out, which led to everyone needing to take the service elevator. In-room dining was not available, which was only made known to me once I called down because the app just circled and circled. The TVs were spotty and pixelated throughout the evening. Thankfully, the team did give me a discount after I voiced my displeasure about not knowing this prior to my booking.

Summary: Has not yet hit its potential as one of the better hotels in Seattle
