This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

You will actually be renting the lower level of this beach house on a channel (upper level does not rent). Your rental is also near a boat landing and within walking distance of a nature preserve. In addition, you will enjoy the outdoor pool (closed September to April.)
