Stay blocks from downtown, local vineyards, breweries, shops and more! Conveniently located on the Newport/Middletown line this per room rental inn can also be blocked as an entire 8 bedroom, sleeps 18 rental.
The first floor is home to one of the best restaurants on the island serving lunch and dinner with a full bar. Every room comes with its own parking spot, full bath, AC, tv and mini fridge.

You can walk to Broadway in 10 minuets, downtown in about 20 or drive any where in Newport within 10 mins. This inn in on the Newport/Middletown line. Broadway is the new hot spot for hip restaurants and bars and we are just minuets away!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a walk up two flights and the room is just enough; clean and quiet with just enough amenities if you’re spending most of your time not in the room. The bathroom gets overly steamed if the water is too hot. It’s above a Thai restaurant if you’re looking for a quick eat before going out or coming back. It’s also not really walkable to the downtown area but it’s only a ten minute drive and parking isn’t terrible around Thames Street. Enjoyed our stay though.
