Winter Notification - Lake Hamilton is owned by Entergy. The water level is dropped every year beginning November 1. The lake is drawn down each winter to facilitate shoreline maintenance and inspections and to help control nuisance, aquatic vegetation. They raise water levels starting 1st week of March each year.
This 1 BR is located at Farr Shores Condominiums and has been fully remodeled with all the comforts of home. Located on the water's edge in a large cove on Lake Hamilton with a breathtaking view. This unit is 1st floor, 1 level. A covered porch overlooking the nautical lakeside boardwalk. Close to the pool, tennis court, private boat launch and boat dock.
We have a Boat Slip (extra charge) if it is available at the time you need it.
Home is equipped with everything you would need - New electric grill, all new appliances, coffee pot with single-serve (Keriug), blender, pots, pans, dishes, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet, Firestick for streaming, Hulu TV network provided, Access to Netflix and Prime with your personal account.
In the bedroom you will find a brand new King size mattress (Royal Heirloom) from Jordan Bedding for a good night rest. Bedroom includes TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/Living room combo has all new stainless steel, state of the art appliances.
