Summary: I have file a case with VRBO on several issues! Mattress was horrible had to sleep on couch because it sunk in so bad,unit dirty,back door lock broken, tv remote missing, no batteries in some remotes, ac leaked all over the floor for a day and a half, when service guy got there he was supposed to call ahead & didn’t , we walked in and he was in our condo! Furniture in bad shape, bathroom tub faucet so hard to turn you feel like you are going to break it! Low water pressure, dirty towels left from previous renters, no sheets or bedspread for fold out couch, refrigerator leaked so bad inside once it had water everywhere,no microwave light over stove, broken soap dish in the bathtub, supposedly clean towels with stains on them! Message about issues and never got a call or response!!
