This is a furnished monthly rental. Welcome to Ocean Beach House! Nestled right in the heart of Chic's Beach, you won't find a better location. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beach house with a large hangout spot in the back yard with table and gas grill. Outdoor shower as well. Plenty of parking space. Less than a minute walk to the beach.

My house is listed on Airbnb. I have been renting my house for over a year now with a 4.8 rating and 30+ reviews.
This 2000 sq ft home was updated in 2018 and is less than a block away to the beautiful Chicks beach (Chesapeake Beach) which has been a best kept secret by the locals for years.
The house is three stories tall, 3 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. There are two queen sized memory foam pull out couches in the living room - also a mini bar with a wine refrigerator for those that enjoy alcoholic beverages. :)
A fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom are on the same level as well.
On the upper level, there are 3 bedrooms(2 queen and 1 full size beds) and 2 full bathrooms.
The house has three separate decks to enjoy the outdoors - front door balcony, a balcony porch on the front off the bedroom, and a balcony porch on the side off the kitchen.
Kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven), Keurig, Toaster, Rice cooker, and granite countertops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook homemade meals for your family!
Laundry room is next to the kitchen and has washer and dryer.
The backyard features a huge concrete patio with a picnic table and 6 Adirondack chairs for your family to hang out day and night (light fixtures installed). There is also an outdoor shower for you to wash away your sandy feet from the beach. :)
There are six beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and two bikes stored in the garage for your usage.
