Summary: This was a fantastic rental for my first trip to Rockville. The room itself is a garage-turned- apartment beautifully furnished. For reference im a moderately large guy, 6'0" 230lbs, and I find myself bumping into things in the bathroom. Other than that, its a perfect base going to a festival versus a hotel. There are many nice restaurants, places to shop for everything you may need, and the beach is an easy walk. I would absolutely rent this again for the next Rockville if the opportunity arises.
