An ideal location for exploring all the attractions Cornwall has to offer including the Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan and many others. Take a stroll along the Camel Trail and enjoy a snack at the Snail s Pace cafe at Wenford Bridge just under half a mile away from the property. Cycle hire coarse fishing and horse riding are all available within a couple of miles. Many walks pubs and restaurants are on hand to enhance your holiday and both coasts are within easy travelling distance. National Trust properties nearby include Lanhydrock Trerice and Trelissick. Ports and harbours such as Port Isaac Padstow and Charlestown are under an hour away by car. On entering this beautiful property you will find yourself in the spacious and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The welcoming and snug lounge is the perfect place to relax complete with TV/DVD and a traditional wood burner to snuggle in front of. The dining area is nicely situated and the stylishly designed kitchen area has everything you may need during your stay including electric oven microwave and fridge with ice-compartment. Going upstairs you will find a cosy double bedroom on the first floor complete with TV and en-suite shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a lovely seating area and you will have free use of the many shared beautiful garden areas. There s a pond garden specifically for the cottage approximately 50 metres away from the property and private 2-acre woodland which is perfect for dog walkers. There is plenty of off-road parking available. Need to know: 1 double bedroom with TV . 1 en suite shower and WC. Electric oven, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Electric and electric heating included. Wi Fi included. Stabling: available on the owners' livery yard for your own horse(s) including grazing and sand school, this can be arranged at a reasonable charge prior to your stay. Ample off road parking. 1 small dog welcome. Outside seating area and free use of the many shared beautiful garden areas. Pond garden specifically for the cottage approximately 50 metres away. Access to private 2 acre woodland. Beach 9.3 miles, pub and shop a short walk in the village. Regret no babies or infants.
