Summary: A very nice and new 1 bedroom condo in downtown Kelowna. Extremely close to all the amenities of the downtown area. Only a 10 minute walk to the lakefront and paths. A very clean condo with all the amenities needed for cooking and doing some laundry if needed. Excellent inside secure parking with EV charging. We do suggest they put up some pictures and lay a few rugs to give it a much more comfortable feel as it is very bare. Overall a 9/10 rating from us. Would definitely stay there again.
