1 bedroom condo with views of the Atlantic Ocean! Covered 2nd floor patio with view of pool. Sleeps up to 5, Queen bed in bedroom, daybed in alcove, two couches with a queen bed in one of the couches. Great for family vacation or couples weekend.
The space
Our condo is updated and well taken care of.
Our condo is close to restaurants and dining, great views, and parks. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a day bed in the alcove. Of the two large couches in our living room, one is a pull out couch.
Whether you are beach go-ers or enjoy the pool* -
Pullout couch is just that...a pullout couch. There is an additional mattress pad on the Queen bed that can be moved to couch mattress for comfort, but it does not fit inside when folded up.
*the pool is open from April thru Oct but can close for maintenance or weather on occasion

Pool, ocean, laundry area,(laundry is on site but not in unit- it is a laundromat style that is it is in a separate building on-site) seafood restaurants, boating, fishing, golfing, beach, watersports
