This is the Perfect beach Condo! rent includes all utilities as well as cable and internet services. OFF SEASON RUNS FROM MAY TO OCTOBER AND HIGH SEASON NOVEMBER TO APRIL. OFF SEASON $2500.00 PER MONTH, HIGH SEASON $3500 PER MONTH. Available Sept 1st, 2022 to December 31, 2022 Available April 1st, 2023 -CALL SILVIA FOR SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS.
