The holiday home, which was newly extended and refurbished in 2016, is located on a 285 m² separate recreational plot within a small holiday home development on Lake Rützenfeld. The boat landing stage and the bathing and fishing jetty are approx. 100 metres away, the bathing area approx. 300 metres.
The holiday home is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table), a small open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC and a bedroom in the attic (access via steep room-splitting stairs, 1 x French double bed, width: 1.40 m and 1 x pull-out bed) and central heating. There is a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a bicycle/equipment shed and a car park at your disposal. A rowing boat can also be used free of charge by prior arrangement.
The total price includes water and energy consumption as well as the final cleaning. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.
Due to its design, the accommodation is less suitable for tall people over 1.90 metres.
Rützenfelde is a small recreational area and part of the municipality of Zettemin. It consists only of a holiday home settlement. The lake of the same name is approx. 39 hectares in size and is a good place for swimming and fishing. There is a bathing area, a jetty and a bathing and fishing jetty. There is a large children's playground between the lake and the holiday home complex.
