Centrally located in the centre of Wesenberg, the holiday apartment for two people is on the first floor of a residential and commercial building (hairdressing salon on the ground floor). Shopping facilities, restaurants, railway station, market square and Wesenberg Castle are within walking distance, beautiful bathing spots at the Weißensee or Woblitzsee can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes. There is a small cinema directly opposite, which is still in operation. The approx. 30 square metre non-smoking flat with separate entrance (shared corridor with the other residents) has insect screens on the windows and is centrally heated. It is tastefully furnished with a combined living room and bedroom (sofa bed, flat screen TV, visually separated sleeping area with double bed ATTENTION: narrow access to the bed!), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment). Option, microwave with grill, pad coffee machine, kettle, fold-out dining table), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a small hallway. Free WLAN as well as bicycle storage and recreational facilities are also available on the approx. 800 square metre courtyard property. Public parking spaces are available in the surrounding area (approx. 100 - 500 m), for loading and unloading you can do this for a short time. The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water costs, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
