A unique, tranquil hideaway a mile from pretty Bourton-on-the-Water, with fishing, swimming and tennis by arrangement.. All on the ground floor.

Tennis court (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. Please note: No children under 12 years old. There is a stream that runs at the back of the property.. This enchanting detached holiday cottage is set in the grounds of a Grade II listed mill house, where guests can enjoy trout fishing in the grounds, and use of the owners’ tennis court and outdoor swimming pool (by arrangement), while outside is a pretty, enclosed garden. It lies close to Riverside Lodge (NVG), with the picturesque Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water only a mile away, with its beautiful old houses and many attractions, including the elegant bridges spanning the River Windrush. Also nearby is 18-hole golf at Lynham, Cotswold Farm Park, Burford Wildlife Park, and the attractive spa town of Cheltenham, with its art galleries, pump room and museums, all within 12 miles. Ideally situated for exploring the Cotswolds’ picturesque villages, National Trust houses and old market towns. Stratford 35 miles. Shop and pub 1 mile.
