Summary: The apartment is large, sparsely but adequately furnished. The kitchen is well-supplied. The heating system is a little peculiar in that only the kitchen and living room have it. The bedroom was a bit chilly. The owner was responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood is ok - on the way up probably, but this house was one of the better cared for ones.
