Private, 1BR, 1BA, basement suite with laundry and full kitchen suite. Air conditioned house with high speed wifi. Close to mountains, ocean, beaches, city & more. A few minute drive to world-famous Grouse Mountain where you can ride the gondola up the mountain. Edgemont Village, Ambleside Beach, Capilano Suspension Bridge and more. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter this suite is cozy any time of year. Quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood with a corner store and cafe one block away. We are a young family with 7 & 9 year olds who are fairly quiet and respectful. We have two small dogs that are friendly. Neither kids nor dogs will interfere with your stay but we feel that guests would appreciate knowing our friendly family dynamic prior to booking.

Summary: My partner and I recently stayed here on an anniversary trip to Vancouver. From the moment we arrived, we felt a special energy in the air. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood full of large trees and covered in plant life. Colin and Niki are fantastic hosts, kind, generous, and respectful. MacKay Creek (a lush scenic hiking trail less than a 5 min walk from the front door) is a must see during your stay. The suite is comfortable and well appointed with a full kitchen + laundry that makes it perfect for an extended stay. Couldn't recommend more highly!
