We believe that Park City is a magical place and we want you to experience as much magic as you can handle. Our beautiful ultra-clean house is situated on the 'Gold Coast' of Park City in the most incredible location. Park City Mountain Resort is the backyard and the center of Main Street is only two staircases away. You will not need to drive anywhere once you get to the house as we have grocery concierge service if you wish.

Each bedroom features super comfy mattresses and sheets for your slumber. In addition, there are SMART TVs adorning each bedroom wall with High-Speed Gigabit Internet throughout. So if you want to close the door and watch your show away from the group, you can! We have a state of the art furnace and and Air Conditioning to keep the indoor temperature goldilocks just right. In addition, we installed an 11.5 GPM tankless water heater, and we have a whole-house water softener/conditioning system. Park City has very hard water so this addition allows you to lap in luxury. The full kitchen with all new appliances allows the chef in the group to concoct that perfect meal to be served on the extendo dining table. Past guests love the backyard 4-person jacuzzi, the views from each deck , the Game Room downstairs and compliment the cleanliness and our commitment to customer service. We want you to enjoy Park City as much as we do:)

GAME ROOM
The carpeted fun room that houses a Pool Table with a Ping-Pong attachment. Shoot some stick on the pool table and then put the ping pong top on and keep the family rivalry alive. A Karaoke machine adds to the group fun as well as an electronic dart board.
LITTLE ONES
We are extremely little one friendly - new crib, pak-n-play, high chair, infant toys, changing table are all stored in the master bedroom walk-in closet and the downstairs bedroom closet for easy access.
MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features 15' vaulted ceiling, a new King Bed with dual side tables and lamps. It also features a balcony with a 270 degree view of Park City and a TV and integrated stereo system with sound in all top floor rooms. Hang your clothes in a fabulous walk-in closet and watch TV on a 65'" LG OLED with the top paid streaming channels.
The Master Bath features two vanities and a separate stand-up shower. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a day of outdoor adventure with a bubble bath.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
GUEST BEDROOMS
UPPER WEST WING (UWW)
Features a Queen Size bed, generous closet space a 50" LED Smart TV with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A Full Bath is directly adjacent to the UWW.
UPPER EAST WING (UEW) - Kids Room
One King Bed and two twin bunk beds fill the room with ample closet space. A 50" LED TV hangs on the wall opposite the bed with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A 1/4 Bath is directly adjacent to the UEW with a Full Bath connected to the 1/4 Bath.
LOWER WEST WING (LWW)
Features first floor accessibility with (1) one Full bed and brand new comfy mattress. A new Twin bed adds another bed for sleeping. A 42' LED adorns the wall with a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels. A Full Bathroom is adjacent to the LWW.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen that has facilitated Thanksgiving parties of up to (10) ten people features a refrigerator with ice machine and filtered water, ultra-quiet dishwasher, double oven range stove, and built in microwave. The kitchen also features a quasi-island extension, VitaMix blender, Brevelle juicer, toaster and coffee maker, garbage disposal. The solid wood dining table is the cornerstone of the dining area and can comfortably seat 8. Two other eating spaces are located on the counter extrusion island.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Features an 'Interactive Space' that features a beautiful rock fireplace, a state of the art 47' LED TV a Roku device with the top paid streaming channels, DVD/blu-Ray, Bluetooth surround sound stereo system, board games and comfortable sofas and chairs. In addition, a Pandora video game system and a Wii system with over 100 games including a balance board for snowboarding and skateboarding games complete the entertainment package.
