PARKING
The building offers VALET parking ONLY. Overnight guests pay $40 + tax per night for regular vehicles, and more for large vehicles.
An alternative for parking is a PUBLIC parking pass for the whole month . With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). This is subject to change, and should be confirmed with the City website.
PET FEE :$60 per PET /per STAY .(To clarify, the $60 fee is an extra cleaning fee for the pet not for the service animal. As per the ADA, we do not charge any fees for a service animal.)
For guests with INFANTS additional accommodation for Booster Chair and Portable Pack N Play is available.
SMOKING or VAPING inside condo is NOT allowed
No NOISE past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
