Positive: The location was not too far from the train station. It's furnished with everything almost like at home, you can cook you can wash the dishes you can clean the appartment with the vacuum and the mop.
Negative: Probably in summer(we visited in mid end of Juni) it gets too hot and the place is poorly ventilated which forced us to leave open the front door until late night. Only one toilet papel roll half used lol what the? Shower without shower curtain which forces you to be super careful while showering. And for the last the ultra waterised hand soap...it was like 95% water 5% soap NOT COOL.
Summary: Good enough for a short stay.
