Beach chairs and umbrellas are available during the Spring to Fall beach seasons. The lovely Mainsail community also has a game room, a fitness center, shuffleboard courts and a basketball court. Enjoy a family barbecue with the grilling area or simply soak up the sun on the pool decks.
This great community is in the perfect location at the East end of Scenic Highway 98, just across from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Summary: Some parts were nice. Carpet was extremely stained, dirty, and in need of replacement. Easy walk to the beach. Would have been nice if we were informed of the heated pool being closed for construction as that was the main reason we chose this place. In addition to having a normal owners closest they locked 2 other closest including the pantry so there is nowhere to store your food.
