Negative: This might be my oversight as I did not ask booking.com as to how to get access to the property beforehand. When I arrived at the site on the day, I found out that there was no one at the property to meet us. I needed to go around to look for someone who could help and it took me a good while, and luckily to find a lady in a nearby French restaurant who could speak English and very willing to help us to contact the owner and finally get access to the property. My heartfelt thanks to the lady and the owner of the French restaurant for their kindness and help.
