Positive: The location is amazing, you couldn't do any better. The apartment is clean and nice and the bedroom at the rear is also quiet for such a busy place. The windows on the lounge open up to give you a nice view over rue Saint-Nicholas, which has some nice shops, bars, and restraunts.
Negative: It was very hot while we were there so a fan would have made the apartment a lot more comfortable.especially at night. There was also a smell of cheese about the apartment, from the shop below, which was present but not unbearable. The area just inside the front door of the building had not been cleaned and gave a fairly poor first impression of the apartment, but the apartment it's self was very clean.
