Positive: New unit/shaley in a big compound with good large pools.
Negative: The property is still developing and there is a lack of facilities including atm, shops and taxis. Also the unit was dirty when we came in and we had to clean it and I was asked for a bond last minute. There was no towels or toilet paper as stated on the ad. Also the facility discriminates against renters with limited access to certain beaches which are inferior to the people who own a unit. The golf cart pictured in the ad is also only for owners and they refuse to ride you anywhere even after I offered to pay them. It is designed for local families that come equipped with everything especially a car as getting around is a nightmare.
Summary: Good for local families that have a car not really a hotel style stay.
