Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Everything was brand-new and you could tell that this was the first season this place had guests. We booked to double bedroom apartments but due to some problem the second apartment had already been booked, yet appeared free in booking.com. They offered us two double rooms instead of the apartment and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious, modernly equipped, the beds were comfortable, the linen too. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The lighting in the rooms was really nice too. The wi-fi speed was quite decent too. The hosts were nice and welcoming and they waited to greet us, despite our quite late hour of arrival. We had no problems and would consider returning there if we were to stay in Nikiti again. Also the place is a 10 minute walk to Ergon beach which is one of the nicer ones in the Nikiti bay.
Negative: We didn't like that the AC was connected to a card with the key for the room so when you leave the AC shuts off. The place is about a 30 minute walk to the city center main pedestrian street with all the restaurants, so consider that if you don't fancy walking more than 3-5 minutes to a place to eat.
