Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The backyard was large and well equipped for a large group. The kitchen and living space was also a great size (but didn't have the games listed on the booking). It was very clean, and Marina tried to communicate very clearly how to check in. She was very responsive when we were lost, and sent her husband to get us. That is why I was surprised when she didn't take our feedback about some broken things on the property (see the next section for those items). Also our kids loved the pool.
Negative: The Tvs in the bedrooms didn't work (only the one in the living room worked). The bed was slanted /broken in one of the bedrooms. There is a wedding venue 100 meters from the house that blasts loud music all night long (it would have been better if this was mentioned in the booking). In general, the area is very loud, between the parasailers that start at 6am and the wedding venue. When Marina was notified of the Tvs not working and one of the beds being slanted /broken, she denied everything, and wasn't responsive to hearing the feedback. It's fine that things break or don't work - you would just hope that the host apologizes and agrees to fix it quickly. This location is loud - not for light sleepers. Also, not anyone's fault, but there are a ton of stray cats that come onto the property (at least 5 during our stay) so if you are allergic to cats (like one of our party) then this place isn't for you.
