Summary: Our three generational family of 7 stayed here. Very clean and worked well for us. Appreciated the amenities. Host very responsive when we struggled with shower. The check in process was not easy to follow as it appears to be out dated. Thankfully, another tennant overheard our frustration and shared the parking fob was on the key in lock box. Fob is also used in elevator and another helped us with that. (There is no parking pass to obtain.) Only 1 elevator worked and this is on 16th floor so there is a lot of waiting during high peak hours and shuffling key fob around to get our group up or down.
