This estate is particularly exceptional due to its very large (1/2+ acre), direct canal-front lot in close proximity to the causeway, open water, and all the activities Sanibel has to offer. There is an executive office that can be converted into a fourth bedroom or den, 15+ foot vaulted ceilings, and a superbly equipped kitchen. There is also a wall of sliding doors that open from the main living area to the lanai, with a powered retractable screen that can be deployed over the entire opening, making it truly capable of indoor-outdoor living at its best. The master bedroom, dining area, and one of the secondary bedrooms also have large sets of sliding doors with water views.
